Decision Analysis
All organizations make hard decisions at varying levels of required investment, uncertainty, and expected benefit.  We apply multi-objective decision analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and economic analysis techniques to help you make informed decisions.

Optimization
Allows the client to determine the best solution for their business given a set of resource constraints and an objective, for example, maximize profit given a set of production, demand, and supply constraints.

Simulations
Clients can benefit from simulation that represents their business situation or consider the uncertainties surrounding a decision. This method provides clients additional information on their situation prior to investing or when trying to resolve what is impacting their business; for example, the factors that have the greatest influence on profitability.

Site Selection 
Businesses and government re-size their operations and need to determine the best sites that meet their new requirements.  We help the client determine what does "best" mean for them and associated criteria.  We then assist in determining the sites that meet their criteria.

Below are three selected completed analyses to help potential clients understand our past experiences.

Decision Analysis - A past client had $150 million to invest in projects, but had $250 million in potential projects that would have added value to their company. We developed a capital budgeting model and decision model to help the client establish a process to manage their portfolio of investments and make decisions on what investments they should make.

Statistical Analysis - Based on an environment where decisions are made under conditions of uncertainty and speed is essential, we developed decision tools to help the client make better informed decisions and plan for uncertain events. As part of this effort, we also helped the client determine how well their employees performed under the uncertain conditions that they faced.

Economic Analysis - Clients always face situations where they have limited resources and choices to make on an investment. One client had a $300 million decision and we assisted them by examining the economics, systems, and uncertainties surrounding that decision.
